Pakistan military: Indian Army showing aggression to divert media spotlight

Pakistani military officials have rejected latest spate of allegations by Indian media claiming violation of the Line of Control (LoC) and subsequent aggression.
Indian media is ripe with claims that Pakistan Army “is trying Kargil-type stunts to push Indian soldiers 600 metres inside Mendhar sector, Jammu and Kashmir”. Furthermore, it was alleged that 2 Indian Army soldiers were killed in cross-border firing from Pakistan.
Senior sources in Pakistan Army familiar with the development strongly rejected these reports saying they are part of a calculated Indian propaganda to divert attention from world spotlight on the recent aggression in which Naik Aslam, a soldier from Pakistan, was shot and martyred by Indian troops in Haji Pir sector.
They maintained that Pakistan Army is already countering repeated provocation at Battal sector by forces
from across the border.
